Black Velvet And Lace is an awesome three year
old. She is solid black, 14:3 hands, and broke for any
rider. She was the 2 year old Plantation High Point Winner
in both Washington and Oregon. She was Reserve Champion
Youth Horse in OR in 2001.

My son Scott really enjoyed showing her last
summer. He won High point youth at the NILE in
Billings. She is the kind of horse anyone can ride.
We showed her a little as a 3 year old, with no professional
training. She won the 13 and under class with a little
6 year old girl named Sara. It was Sara's first time riding
Velvet and they did very well together.
She walks barefoot, Liteshod, or Plantation. They just
don't get any better than this mare. I always place in
the ribbons on Velvet.
