This gelding is not for sale - he is one of the family. Wizard was raised by Wade's dad.  He was started out being a ranch horse used for roping, trailing cattle, cutting out A-I cows, and what ever other dirty work that you could only get done with a good horse in the badlands.

  He has covered a lot of miles on our ranch, always giving his best.  This is Scott with Wizard at the NILE.

About 5 years ago his career took a change for the best.  He became a teacher for Scott and Ryan, he was not too impressed with all the cleaning up and primping for the show ring, but he tolerated it for the boys.  He found himself at the NILE in 1999, and won some of the youth classes.  He went into 4-H and helped Scott win his first horsemanship buckle in 2000.

 Many inexperienced riders have come to our ranch and found them selves on Wizard. He is just a good old horse to have around.  

He is currently vacationing at our friends place - Mark & Shelly Pacovsky's, helping take care of their mare in the pasture in Baineville, MT.  What better way for a twenty two year old to spend his time?
